Our company receives many requests not only for drilling holes for component installation but also for manufacturing through total machining from aluminum blocks. Traditionally, for medium to large products, due to the availability of materials, we may have to choose A5052 or A6061 materials, which are less advantageous in thermal conductivity compared to extruded materials (A6063). However, in our case, we can perform total machining using A6063 material even for relatively large sizes.
